You want Tippy, give me your cookies after I present my statue. Signed, Sir Rachel Elizabeth Fendrich) So Rachel, you still wanted that Kaboom to blow up my factory. Well, then. I will take your opera house with my opera house helicopter.

Butch (offscreen): Not if we can help it.

Sinclair turns around to see Cassidy and Butch in front of him.

Sinclair: Who are you?

Cassidy: Well, Fendrich's enemy. You're about to find out.

Shuckle uses Sludge Bomb.

Sinclair: End this up with Cookie Toss (throws another one of her cookies and Shuckle eats it) Now, Sinclair! Use (spots that Daisy Kaboom has left some of her TNT and matches) Kaboom's Explosives.

Sinclair picks a TNT stick and a matchbox and scrapes a match to have fire to light on the stick's fuse. She tosses down and runs to a tree.

Cassidy and Butch: Uh-oh!

The TNT stick explodes and sends them blasting off.

Cassidy: Man! What are we going to report to Fendrich?

Butch: I don't know? But here's what I do know.

Cassidy: Me too!

Cassidy and Butch: That it looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!

Their Pokémon agree and fly to the sky and a spark is shown. Sinclair leaves with another sinister look and picks up all the other TNT and the matches and puts them in a shopping bag.

Sinclair: And that Mary Sinclair is going back to Mr. Producci's again.

Cuts back to Producci's market. Sinclair comes to Tippy.

Sinclair: Tippy.

Tippy: Sinclair. What do you want?

Sinclair: Oh, nothing. I just want to check your bag.

Tippy: Be quick! I need that ketchup on my burger.

Sinclair: Oh! Well let me do it for you. It's nice to have someone assist a doorman.

Sinclair takes the bag, walks to Tippy's apartment, places the explosives on Tippy's table, and runs outside and goes to a park bench and starts to eat some of the food in Tippy's bag. Madison comes by.

Madison: Hello again, Ms. Sinclair. I was just about to get something for Mr. Mayor to present.

Sinclair: Oh, really? Come with me to the record store.

Madison: Okay!

Madison and Sinclair hop into Sinclair's limo and it drives off. Tippy returns to his apartment, reheats his burger, takes it out, and reaches into the bag, takes out a stick of TNT, and tries to pour some on the burger but it won't work.

Tippy: Why won't this bottle work? (notices why) Oh! It's a TNT stick. Wait a TNT stick?

The doorbell rings and Snake Rattler and Daisy "Kaboom" Lewis are at the door.

Tippy: Oh! Like this? (shows the TNT stick)

Kaboom: Yes! Like tha... (gasps) Hey! You're the one who took my explosives from Sinclair's blown up flower factory.

Madison: What's with the snickering and that creepy, mischievous smile?
