I've been having trouble with finding information on RNG abuse in HG/SS. It seems a lot harder to hit my delay/seconds, and I can't check the seed without advancing the frame, and hell I can't even find anything that tells me Ho-oh/Lugia's monster frames D:

Kay so I finally managed to hit my delay/seconds, FINALLY D: and Ho-oh still wasn't shiny. I was under the impression that Ho-ohs monster frame was 1, am I wrong? Can anyone link me to something that says what the monster frames are for Lugia/Ho-oh on HG?
