Palmer (Japanese: クロツグ Kurotsugu) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Regigigas, which is capable of Dynamaxing. This pair was first made available through a Poké Fair sync pair scout beginning on September 16, 2023. This pair can be raised to Masters EX star.png 6★ EX since it first released.

Palmer's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl. Regigigas is a Pokémon that Palmer uses on his team during the 49th consecutive Battle Tower battle in the core series games. Regigigas's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Platinum.
