Hideaki Tezuka (Japanese: 手塚秀彰 Tezuka Hideaki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Tezuka was born on December 5, 1954, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, and became a voice actor as an adult. He provided, among other roles in Japanese anime, the voice of Team Flare leader Lysandre during Pokémon the Series: XY of the Pokémon anime. In addition to voice acting roles, Tezuka is a prolific live-action actor and has also dubbed a multitude of roles in international films and shows, both live-action and animated. He is currently affiliated with the talent agency Seinenza Theater Company.
