Sygna Suit Hau
Trivia
- The image of Hau and Raichu used in the Pokémon Masters EX Dream Team Maker originally displayed Hau with a Kantonian Raichu; this was later corrected to give him Alolan Raichu.
- Hau's appearance in the Champion Stadium is a reference to him being the final opponent of the Pokémon League in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, before the player becomes Champion.
- Hau was the first 4★ character to receive a sygna suit.
- Hau's sygna suit resembles the outfit worn by his grandfather.
- Hau's sygna suit 6★ model resembles his grandfather's 6★ model.
- According to Hala, Hau's Tapu Koko is not the Melemele Island guardian that he knows. Olivia theorizes that it came from an Ultra Wormhole.
- All versions of Hau use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon). Those Trainers include Elio, Selene, Lillie, Gladion, Hala, and Professor Kukui (but not the Masked Royal).
- Hau also uses special voice-over lines upon winning a battle with Gladion on the same team.
Origin
Hau's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon. Alolan Raichu is one of Hau's main Pokémon in the core series games. Alolan Raichu's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
Hau is not seen owning a Tapu Koko outside this game, though it is the guardian deity of Melemele Island, which is Hau's home island. Tapu Koko's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
