Billy (Japanese: ビリー Billy) is a character of the day who appeared in Out of Their Elements!. Billy is a circus performer specializing in Electric types.
Billy was first seen practicing a performance alongside his Eevee nicknamed Toril, which he planned to evolve into a Jolteon during the next performance. While talking to Ash, Goh, and Chloe, a Fire Stone was accidentally dropped on his Eevee, causing him to evolve into Flareon. Harmony's Eevee accidentally became a Jolteon, so Billy took her instead, but she refused to listen to his commands. While practicing with his other Pokémon, Toril showed off his Ember and Billy was able to come up with a plan which involved Harmony and Chloe's Eevee to do a performance.
After their performance, Billy provided Chloe with a Thunder Stone so that Chloe could evolve her Eevee into a Jolteon one day.
He reappeared in a flashback in Infinite Possibilities!.
In Heroes Unite!, Billy and Toril reappeared in a fantasy.
